This policy explains how Muneeb Badar, private seller trading as Napparo ("Napparo", "we") collects and uses personal data when you visit or buy from this store. We act as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect
- Order data: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (if provided), items purchased and order history.
- Payment data: handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card details.
- Communications: messages you send us, for example through the contact form or by email.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To process and deliver your order and handle returns (performance of a contract).
- To meet accounting, tax and consumer-law obligations (legal obligation).
- To answer your questions and provide customer service (contract / legitimate interest).
- To keep the store secure and working, and to understand how it is used (legitimate interest).
- To send marketing emails and use non-essential cookies, only if you have agreed (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, and email or analytics tools [TO CONFIRM list]. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses are used.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for as long as accounting law requires (generally 6 years in Finland after the end of the financial year [TO CONFIRM]). Other data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Finland, this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

We use necessary cookies to run the store (for example, your cart and checkout). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage through the cookie banner.
